8/29/05 Collins Lot Aggravated Assault -A student entered the campus at a high speed, without slowing down, ignoring officers directing traffic, causing one to stumble. Being unable to find a parking spot, the student parked in a no parking zone, blocking an emergency phone and refused to move. The student was belligerent, uncooperative, and aggressive toward the security personnel when confronted.
8/27/05 Grounds Office Burglary -Officer discovered a window in the building broken and plant supplies missing. It is unclear who would want herbicide, or what time the burglary occurred.
8/23/05 Station Suspicious Activity -A male arrived at the station banging on the licked door, stating that he needed police to respond to his home because an opossum had gained entry to his home.
8/22/05 XL Hall Suspicious Person -Officers dispatched to XL hall regarding an unknown male trying to gain entry. While running a criminal check on the apprehended male, the party stated he was in prison for 2nd degree murder. Officers issued a trespass warning and escorted him to the edge of campus.
8/22/05 Clovis Policy Violation -Officers observed a former student walking across campus with a can of beer. When stopped, she advised that security had no authority to interfere with her. She then left the campus.
8/21/05 XL Hall Minors in possession of alcohol -While speaking with RD, officer was advised she had found students under the legal age in possession of alcohol. RD confiscated the alcohol, disposed of it, and wrote it up.
8/12/05 Corcoran Suspicious Person -An intoxicated male came to the service center requesting change, and was reluctant to leave when asked by the dispatcher. An officer was dispatched but arrived as the party was leaving.
