Full Name: Jane Marlo
Where I work: Pub
Marital Status: Married for 19.5 years
Children: 2
Pets: 3 turtles, about 50 fish, 1 dog
Hometown: Overland Park, Ks
Major: Social Welfare from KU
Career: " I went into the restaurant/bar business because there is no money in social work."
Work Experience: "I was a GM at two different bars [before Rockhurst]. I worked at Mulvaney's for 8 years, and Long Branch for 10 years."
Favorite Band: Rolling Stones
Pet Peeves: "I hate it when people don't acknowledge a hello."
Three words that describe me: Happy, Friendly, Funny ("...or so I think I am.")
Favorite Food: Mexican
Worst Restaurant: Burger King
What I was like in College: "Exactly the same except younger, wilder, and little bit louder."
One Interesting Fact: "I'm a member of M.O.M. (Mom's on Margaritas). It's a bunch of women who get together once a month and drink Margaritas. All the moms have a son on the same baseball team. It's like bunco without the bunco. We have a hat and shirts. I think Madd (Mother's Against Drunk Driving) would hate us."
Advice to Students: "Lighten Up! I've never met a more serious group of kids. You have the rest of your life to be serious and life starts at 52."
